Gpi USA serves the US and Canadian regional markets as part of Gpi Group, an international technology company with more than 30 years of experience in providing specialized software solutions for blood donor centers, hospital blood banks, cell therapy labs, cord blood banks, LIS/Middleware, and human milk banks in more than 70 countries.
Gpi (Gruppo per l’Informatica - Informatics Group) was founded in 1988 in Trentino, Italy by a young entrepreneur, Fausto Manzana, who foresaw the emerging role of information technologies in the development of a recently instituted National Health System (Italian Law 833/78) in continuous transformation (Italian Laws 502/92 and 517/93).
